About Us
Port of Accord is an independent retailer of niche and artisan fragrances. We sell both full bottles and smaller decants, primarily within the UK, but also to select destinations internationally.
Placing an Order
By placing an order with us, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country).
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
All information you provide is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship from the UK. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 – 2 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
You can find full details on our Shipping Policy.
Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs fees and delays, and some destinations may restrict the import of perfume.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted on eligible items under certain conditions, and some items (like samples, decants and any other made – to – order items) are non – returnable.
If something arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours with photo evidence, and we’ll help resolve it as smoothly as possible.
For full information, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
International Orders
Perfume is classified as a restricted item by many postal services. This means:
International delivery is not guaranteed.
We may be unable to accept returns from outside the UK.
Customs may inspect, delay, or in rare cases, seize parcels.
We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee full refunds in cases where parcels are lost or destroyed by customs. Refunds may be capped or offered as store credit at our discretion.
If you are unsure about your country’s import laws, we recommend checking before ordering.
Product Information
We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, photos, and pricing are accurate. However:
Fragrance notes and descriptions are subjective.
Batch variations can occur (especially in artisan perfumery).
Decants are filled by hand and measured by liquid volume (ml).
If you spot an error or discrepancy, please let us know.
Please note:
The listed shipping weight on our site includes the perfume, bottle, and packaging materials – it does not reflect the exact liquid content.
We use weight checks during quality control, but weight may vary slightly between perfumes due to differences in ingredients (e.g. essential oils, alcohol content).
Bottle styles may occasionally vary depending on supplier availability, but volume will always match the amount you selected.
If you have questions about volume or packaging, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
We include Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) with most international orders to comply with customs and postal regulations for transporting perfume.
MSDS are not typically included with UK domestic deliveries. However, if you need a copy (e.g. for safety, regulatory, or emergency purposes), please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll provide it promptly.
