What's with the nautical theme?
So… we’d like to say our theme takes inspiration from maritime logs and old world ports – places where rare goods, exotic treasures, and stories from faraway places made landfall.
We think fragrance is a bit like that: evocative, transportive, deeply personal. Every bottle has a story and Port of Accord is where yours should begin.
Honestly though? We just liked the idea of treating perfume like rare contraband smuggled through secret ports.
We figured a more fun, more personal experience might just rock the boat of the corporate perfume world.
After all, “Bon Voyage” just sounds cooler than “Checkout Now”.
Also and arguably most importantly – we want even window shoppers to feel like they’ve discovered something worth visiting again.

Are your decants authentic?
Yes, 100%. All fragrances are sourced from official retailers or directly from the brands themselves. We then hand – decant into sterile glass atomisers. No knockoffs, no filler, no funny business.
Why are you cheaper than other decant services?
We’re flattered you noticed!
Sometimes we catch official bottles on sale. Other times, we buy in bulk or through trusted suppliers offering volume discounts. That means lower costs for us and in turn, better prices for you.
It’s simple really – when we save, you do too.
How do you measure the perfume?
By liquid volume (ml), using syringes or pipettes. We then weight check based off other decants of the same perfume. Bottles may vary slightly by shape or style, but you’ll always get the amount you ordered and often a little extra.
What size should I try?
Our samples (2ml) are a great place to start. If you’re trying to test an entire brands catalogue, they’ll give you the most bang for your buck often providing enough for a weeks wear.
Want more time with it? Or perhaps you want to change your signature scent seasonally? Then try our decants (10ml). They’re still travel friendly but with a little more room to fall in love.
What kind of bottles do you use for decants?
We currently use screw-top refillable atomisers for most decants. They’re reliable, easy to fill, and allow us flexibility in sourcing during busy seasons or supplier shortages.
That said, we’re gradually transitioning to pressurised atomisers as inventory allows as they offer an even better seal and more consistent spray. If your order contains a pressurised bottle, rest assured it’s filled with the same care and quality.
The bottle type may vary slightly depending on stock levels and time of year, but you’ll always receive the full volume you ordered, securely packed and leak-checked.
Why is my decant taped at the top?
We use both pressurised atomisers and screw-top refillable bottles for decants. Pressurised bottles are extremely reliable and rarely leak unless physically damaged. Screw-top bottles are often sealed with protective tape to help prevent movement or leaks during transit and you’re welcome to remove it or keep it for future use.
I entered the wrong address, can I change it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP and we’ll do our best to update it. Once it’s left port, we can’t change its course.
However, if the ships already sailed both figuratively and literally, your best course of action is to contact the delivery company. We can help assist you with this, however any extra fee’s are not our responsibility.
Can I cancel my order?
We’re happy to cancel and issue a refund if the parcel hasn’t been packed or shipped yet. After that, it’s probably already in a bottle and bubble-wrapped.
However, you can still return the parcel within 14 days of delivery under your consumer rights. See our return policy here.
My order hasn’t arrived! What now?
Check your tracking link and your local post depot first. If it’s been longer than expected, email us at

Can I return my sample/decant if I don’t like it?
Sadly, no – samples and decants are non-returnable as they are classed as personalised items. But if your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right.

What if my item is damaged or leaking?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we’ll do our best to sort it quickly – often with a refund or replacement.

Once the parcel arrives safely and the tape is removed, we unfortunately can’t cover leaks caused by over-tightening, loosening, or daily handling but we’re always happy to advise on storage or usage if needed.
Do you offer refunds for seized international parcels?
We’ll assess these case by case but due to international restrictions on perfume shipping, refunds may be partial or not possible in certain circumstances. Please refer to our shipping policy and our T&C’s
Can you include a gift note?
Yes! Leave your message at checkout or email us after. Handwritten notes are free (and perfect for anniversary panics, forgotten birthday etc).
